Common questions

How do I get Bluebird on my television?

Open the channel store on your Roku or Fire TV, search for Bluebird, and add it. It's free. A code will appear on the screen once it opens.

Does it cost anything?

No. There's no charge and no card. If you decide to start a new streaming service through Bluebird, that service pays us a fee, and you pay them exactly what you would have paid anyway.

Do I need to give you my streaming passwords?

No, and we'd never ask. Bluebird only needs to know which services you have, so it can tell you which shows you can already watch. It never signs in to anything.

I already pay for six services. Will this add a seventh?

No. Bluebird works with what you have. It will also show you free channels you may not know about, and once a month it'll help you work out which services you're paying for and not using.

Can my son or daughter set this up for me?

Yes, and it's often easier. They can pair your television from their own phone, wherever they are. Afterwards they can send you a show whenever they think of one, and it'll appear on your screen with their name on it.

Can you send me instructions in the post?

Yes. Call and ask, and we'll mail you large-print instructions at no cost.
